退款政策
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The Step by Step Guide to Return Items
- Contact us at support@musegarden.com with your order number and returning reason.
- Return instructions will be replied to once your request is received.
- Keep the feeder clean as new and repack it in its original package, with all the accessories and user manual attached.
- Following the returning instruction and ship your item to the designated address.
- The returning fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We will process the refund as soon as receiving your package.
Exchange Items
- Contact us at support@musegarden.com with your reason attached, point out which product you want to exchange, then please return your product following the “Step by Step Guide” above, and we will ship the new item you want after receiving the returning package.
- Please refer to Steps 1 to 4 of "The Step by Step Guide to Return Items" for the return process.
- Exchange fee: You only need to pay the shipping cost of returning the item, we will send you the item you want for free after receiving your package and checking it.
- If the price of the item you want to exchange is inconsistent with the received item, we will refund or ask you to make up the difference according to the situation.
If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Item...
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@musegarden.com and include a photo of the damaged item. We would give compensation or resend the corresponded item depending on the situation.
The Unacceptable Situation of Returning and Refund
- Do not request a return or exchange until more than 30 days have passed since you received the item.
- If you just don't like our product and want a refund (not because our product is defective or damaged), in this case, we only accept returns for refunds, and "The returning fee will be the responsibility of the customer."
